MODE is a Chapter of the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE). All MODE members must also be memers of AADE.MODE Membership must be done through AADE.

find "Michigan" on the list.

Active Member - $30
A healthcare professional with an interest in
the development, delivery, or adminstration of diabetes paitent or professional
education or in diabetes research. An active member shall have all the
privileges of membership including the right to vote, have access to
the Members Only page, make nominations and serve on the Board of Directors.

Associate Member - $30
Any person with an interest or involvement in diabetes education who does not quailify for another membership category or a student of any of the health professions. Associate members shall not have the right to vote, make nominations or serve on the Board of Directors. Associate members may serve on committees but not chair committees.
Bestowed by the MODE Board under terms determined by the board.
